Cancellation Policies
Cancellation Policy for regular Therapy Sessions
Therapy sessions are designed for on-going weekly/bi-weekly sessions. Cancellations within 48 hours of your scheduled start times are accepted. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will result in your regular session fee being charged unless Julie is able to reschedule you for another session that same week within her regular work days of Monday and Tuesday.
Cancellation Policy for Repair & Reattachment Grief Therapy
There is a non-refundable deposit required to secure the Repair and Reattachment Grief Therapy Session you scheduled with Julie. Cancellations within 72 hours of your scheduled appointment are accepted, and your deposit can be used towards a rescheduled session within 12 months depending on Julie’s schedule. Cancellations with less than 72 hours from your scheduled start time will result in a forfeit of your deposit. Only one cancellation/reschedule is permitted per deposit. If you cancel a session with more than 72 hours’ notice, reschedule your session and then need to cancel that session for any reason, your deposit will be forfeit. It is very important that you know you can attend your session when scheduling. These sessions are held on days other than Monday and Tuesday.
Cancellation Policy for Past Life Regression
Once you have scheduled your session, there are no refunds. One-time rescheduling within 48 hours of your scheduled start time is accepted, and your payment will be applied to another scheduled time within 60 days based on Julie’s availability. Rescheduling or canceling with less than 48 hours notice will result in your deposit being forfeit, with no refunds possible.
Cancellation Policy for Reiki Healing
Once you have scheduled and paid for your session, there are no refunds. If you cannot be available for your scheduled session, Julie will still send distance Reiki to you during the scheduled appointment.
Payment Policies
Chargebacks
Please pay careful attention to your credit card statement as the name for your service may be changed by your bank, or you may forget, or not recognize it.
It should say some version of Itspossible or Julie Christensen.
If your payment does become a chargeback, you agree to pay your original fee, Julie’s processing fee of $25 for your case, and if the case is closed in your favor without reimbursing the above, it will be transferred to collections.
Non-payment for services
If your account becomes delinquent, your account may be referred to collections. Please make every attempt to work with Julie so this does not occur.
